ff8b reserves the right to verify user identity to ensure a secure and reliable platform. As part of verification, you may be asked to provide the following documents:

A copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving license.
Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be limited or suspended until the verification process is complete.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from an account is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The payment method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the deposit method. The withdrawal process may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms

ff8b offers new members a 100% first-deposit welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive and use this bonus:

To become withdrawable after receiving the bonus, the total amount of the deposit and bonus must be turned over at least 25 times (25x).
The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus becoming active.
The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
Play with bonus funds will be treated the same as play with real funds.
There may be restrictions on using the bonus on certain games or bets.

Separate terms may apply to other promotional bonuses and offers, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.

VIP Program Terms

ff8b's VIP program has four tiers, and a weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

ff8b evaluates a member's play style and activity at its discretion to determine tier upgrades. ff8b reserves the right to change or withdraw VIP benefits at any time.

Gameplay and Fair Play

Permitted and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ff8b platform:

Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
Attempting to gain bonuses or advantages by creating multiple accounts.
Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
Intentionally exploiting any technical error or bug.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Harassing, intimidating, or discriminating against other users.

If any such activity is detected, ff8b reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all funds.

Technical Errors and Disruptions

Winnings displayed incorrectly as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.
